Video Analysis
The school uses an iPad to record students performing their skills. Instructors will provide analysis and instruction based on these videos. Each student is encouraged to bring a flash drive to the school so they can have a copy of their video to help with reviewing, correcting, and improving performance of poomse and self-defense techniques.
